"The Best Normal Heights" is a City-trained team of code compliance volunteers who work with the Neighborhood Code Compliance Department and the residents of Normal Heights to promote compliance with code requirements in our neighborhood.

• Vehicles parked on lawns.
• Washing down streets
• Yard waste swept into streets
• Signs attached to city property, utility poles and trees

To report a possible code violation, send a brief letter describing the violation and the exact address where you think there is a code violation to:
